What do I receive?
A draft memo, source references and a workspace for inspecting the original report, evaluating findings and documenting decisions. Review areas include the opinion and reporting period, exceptions, complementary user entity controls (CUECs), and subservice-organization considerations. Human validation and completion are required.
How does the free trial work?
Your organization starts with three free successful report uploads, including full memo access, editing and exports. No card is required. Then purchase one additional report for $150 USD or ten for $1,350 USD, plus applicable tax. Purchases require explicit approval; there is no subscription or automatic charge.
What if processing fails?
A technical processing failure restores the reserved upload credit. An unfavorable finding in a successfully processed report is not a processing failure. Completed cases remain accessible under the published retention and access policies.
Does VerifiAI replace the reviewer?
No. Your team validates evidence, addresses missing information, evaluates applicability and exceptions, and approves its own conclusions. Generated drafts are not an audit opinion or a guarantee of acceptance by an auditor.
What does 5–8 minutes include?
This is the founder’s reported experience generating draft documentation. Processing varies by report. Human verification, corrections and approval take additional time; it is not the time to complete a professional review.
Who can register?
Registration is open to eligible U.S. businesses under the published beta terms. Verify your email, create a password and set up Microsoft Authenticator before opening reports. Your organization shares its report allowance.
