The program is for U.S. business customers acting through authorized representatives age 18 or older. These terms apply when you affirmatively accept them for the organization identified during registration. They do not replace an existing organization's terms merely because this page is published.
Accounts and access
The person completing registration becomes the organization's first administrator after email verification and account setup. Administrators manage members and report access within their organization. Use an individual account, protect your password and authenticator, and store recovery codes securely. Report suspected unauthorized access to soc1@audit-consulting.com.
Organization membership and case permissions govern access. Creating or purchasing a report does not prevent an administrator from removing a member's access. Access to already downloaded copies cannot be technically recalled.
Three free report uploads
Your organization receives three free successful report uploads shared across its members. No card is required. Each new source report uses one credit. A confirmed technical failure without completed output restores the reserved credit; uncertain processing may require support review.
Each authorized report includes the full draft memo, detailed findings, source citations, reviewer editing and generated downloads and exports, subject to case and organization permissions. There is no separate download charge.
After the free allowance, purchase one additional upload credit for USD 150 or ten for USD 1,350, plus applicable tax. Credits are shared by the organization and do not expire. Each purchase requires explicit approval. Exhausting the allowance does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.
Human review and permitted use
VerifiAI prepares draft SOC 1 review documentation. Check the source report, citations, completeness, exceptions, complementary controls and other relevant evidence. Exercise professional judgment and approve the deliverable before relying on it. AI output may contain errors or omissions. Processing time and estimated time savings are not guaranteed.
Upload only material your organization has authority to provide, including confidential third-party reports. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Do not share login credentials, defeat access restrictions, access another organization's data or redistribute restricted source material without permission.
Your organization retains its existing rights in submitted material. You authorize processing needed to provide, secure and support the service as described in the privacy notice and applicable agreements. CPA assistance requires a separate written scope and fee, subject to availability. A software purchase does not include CPA review, sign-off or certification of compliance with AICPA or PCAOB standards.

Email soc1@audit-consulting.com for support, billing, privacy or security questions. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. This is an initial-response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or continuous emergency monitoring.
Retention and ending beta access
Free-report content has a 90-day storage period from successful processing, with at least 30 days notice before scheduled expiry. Authorized users may export generated output and retrieve the original PDF during that period without another payment. Paid-credit report content includes 24 months of storage from successful processing. See the privacy notice for the complete schedule and implementation status.
An unpaid report that never successfully processes enters a 30-day notice period after 30 days without activity. Unresolved jobs, payment or refund investigations, and documented holds pause cleanup. Temporary uploads never attached to a case may be removed after 24 hours once confirmed unused.
Unused free upload credits have no cash value. Content expiry does not reset used credits or itself expire unused credits. We will give at least 30 days' notice before ordinarily ending beta access and explain treatment of remaining free upload credits. Necessary legal or security restrictions may take effect sooner. Ending beta access never authorizes a charge. Archiving is not deletion, and existing cases are not retroactively expired.
Acceptance and changes
During registration, an unchecked checkbox requires you to confirm authority for the named organization, accept these Beta Access Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Each later report purchase requires separate acceptance of the purchase terms and displayed total.
We plan at least 30 days' notice of material changes, except changes needed sooner for legal or security reasons. We will explain those changes promptly and seek new acceptance where necessary. Publication does not supply acceptance on your behalf.
