What you purchase
An authorized organization administrator may purchase one upload credit for USD 150 or ten credits for USD 1,350, plus applicable sales tax. The full total is displayed before payment. Credits belong to the organization, are shared by its members and do not expire. Each successfully processed report includes review, editing, generated downloads and repeat exports under ordinary access permissions.

Each new source report uses one upload credit. A replacement PDF or new reporting period is a new source report. Existing completed cases remain available for authorized viewing, editing and repeat exports without another payment. Contact support before uploading an unintended duplicate.
Separate confirmation for each purchase
This is a one-time purchase. It does not create a subscription, authorize later charges or provide unlimited processing of other reports. Every future purchase requires separate confirmation. Saving a payment method with Stripe or Link does not authorize VerifiAI to charge it automatically.
Before payment, affirmatively accept the purchase terms for the named organization and selected credit package and approve the displayed one-time total, including applicable tax. The application directs you to secure Stripe checkout.
Verified payment and upload credits
Verified payment adds the purchased upload credits to your organization. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment. If payment remains pending or is interrupted, check status or contact support before purchasing again.
Free and paid-credit reports include full in-app review, editing and exports. Payment does not override case or organization permissions. Completed cases remain accessible under those permissions and the retention schedule.
Output is draft documentation requiring human validation and approval. It is not a professional audit opinion, guarantee of accuracy or certification of compliance. CPA support is available only by separate arrangement with a written scope and fee, subject to availability.
Storage and downloads
Paid-credit report content includes 24 months of storage from successful processing, with at least 30 days notice before scheduled expiry and an opportunity to export output and retrieve the original PDF. There is no recurring storage charge. Any future paid storage extension requires a separate purchase.

Refunds and disputed payments
The refund policy provides a no-additional-charge retry for a confirmed service failure and a full refund if unresolved within five business days after notification. Mandatory rights are not limited by the policy.
Refunded or disputed credit purchases suspend further uploads pending support review; existing completed cases remain accessible under ordinary permissions and retention rules. Refunds do not erase source evidence, financial records or downloaded copies. Restoration of upload eligibility requires support review.
Changes and existing accounts
These terms apply when an authorized customer accepts them for a credit purchase. A published price does not authorize a charge. Each purchase requires separate approval.
Material changes normally receive at least 30 days' notice, with necessary legal/security exceptions. Existing purchased rights remain protected. Applicable rights that cannot be waived are not excluded by these terms.
